These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Velora Home Curtains & Carpets ("Velora Home", "we", "us", or "our") website and services. By visiting our website, requesting a home measurement, or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. About Us

Velora Home Curtains & Carpets is a government/municipality-registered business based at Opp. Federal Bank, TB Junction, Karuvatta, Haripad, Alappuzha District, Kerala - 690514. We are not currently registered under GST, as our annual turnover does not exceed the applicable threshold; we will register and update this page accordingly if and when that changes.

2. Our Products & Services

We specialise in blinds, and also offer curtains, ripple curtains, PVC curtains, carpets, beds and pillows, sofa covers, and garden works. All products are custom-made to each customer's exact measurements and specifications; we do not sell off-the-shelf products.

3. Free Measurement & Quotation

Home measurement visits, fabric sample viewings, and quotations are provided entirely free of charge and carry no obligation to place an order.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed once you accept our quotation following the free measurement visit. No advance payment is required to confirm an order. Once a quotation is accepted, production begins and the order is considered final, as detailed in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payment Terms

We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfer. We do not accept card payments. Full payment terms will be confirmed with you at the time of order.

6. Warranty

Applicable products are covered under warranty as described in our Warranty Policy. Warranty claims require the warranty card issued to you at the time of sale.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website, including our chat assistant Velora AI, product details, pricing, and availability are subject to confirmation at the time of your home visit or showroom consultation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Velora Home shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services, except as required by applicable Indian law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alappuzha, Kerala.
